Great storage company! I accidentially signed up for two units and they quickly corrected everything and refunded my money. The units are large and everything is nice and clean. I highly recommend this company!
Not happy with the new management and the company who has purchased the storage facility. It has lost its small town customer service. It has become harder to make payments and the website is not as user friendly.
I'm not very satisfied with IStorage, I've NEVER had any payment issues until just lately and I've had the same unit since about 2000 and never a missed a payment or had late payment. And since I've been having payment issues I have a VERY difficult time reaching anyone at my storage units location. I call and get routed to California. Great Manager and staff. Very professional. Have electronic security gate and plenty of cameras throughout the complex. It’s well lit at night too.
Great storage place very helpful when I forgot my access code! Clean facilities and nice people!
