Would give zero stars if possible. I arrived to move into my property to find that there’s a door with a code to the inside units that they did not provide to me. I ordered my storage online and they gave me the gate code but did not bother to mention that there’s an additional code to get into the inside units. After requesting my storage weeks ago the property manager didn’t find it necessary to communicate with their tenant that there’s an additional code needed. We Upgraded to a bigger unit. Employee Danielle mad the transition seamless. Her posive and high energy with all the people she was dealing with in the office that day of our transition was noticed. She is a major asset

Roach infested, other tenants blocking the drive isles and trailers limiting access to the unit doors. Called to complain about the trailer and the truck blocking the drive isle and was invited to move out since I was so unhappy. I was told that the trailer was properly parked so nothing they could do about getting it moved. Clearly in the picture, the trailer is well behind the park line.
