Do not store your valuables at this facility!!!! The gate has been broken and left wide open for 24 hours sometimes for weeks on end. This has been an ongoing issue for 5-6 months. The gate breaks, it takes weeks to fix it and the after its fixed it breaks again.

I do not recommend becoming a customer with this storage company. One of the reasons I chose it is because it's secure and gated, and I trust my valuables are safe here. I've been a customer for 6+ months now, and since my first month here the gate has been broken. I've reported this locally and also to regional management, and everyone only has excuses as to why the gate remains broken.
