One of the workers was there when I first moved my things into my unit. And offered her help as their storage units lock a bit different than other places I’ve used. She was very friendly and helpful. She was also around the third time I went there offering her help if needed.
Last week I cleared and cleaned out my storage after a year and a half, and am absolutely still in Awe of how everything turned out. First off, I must say this place is the cleanest storage I've ever seen in my entire 43 years of living. I've rented storage units before and unfortunately lost the majority of my personal belongings due to rodent infestation, urine and feces everywhere. Great experience! The property manager, Latoya was very helpful and kind. She gave me all the information that I needed and made sure the unit I rented was clean before I used it. She has great customer service skills.
We just got our unit here. Latoya is so nice! And she takes great care of the facility. We moved all our stuff from our PUBLIC STORAGE unit right up the road. Our space here is 4X the size and $30 less than we were paying there.
The quality of service received is world class. LaToya was super helpful and patient and displays a high level of decency and decorum. Excellent customer service. This is where quality meets affordability.
