Purchased a storage unit at an auction at this location. I called the number they provided, spoke to someone and they confirmed they were open and someone would be there to help me. Hi rented a unit on last Saturday. In the midst of going through a storm. Ms Latoya brighten my day with wonderful conversation while providing excellent Customer Service. It really took my mind off the reasons I was there renting and made me happy I decided to rent there. I rented in the past with this location when it was named Personal Mini Storage and did not have this level of service. Happy IStorage is getting it right!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Wasn’t even there a year and they raised their rates three times. I scheduled my move out online on 12/15 and moved out by 12/31. When I went to inquire about why I was still being charged the front desk lady gave me attitude like the refund I was asking for was going to come out of her pocket. There are far better facilities with better customer service.

If you want a place where you can deal with employees about a problem this is not the place. They said they are open from 10am-6pm yet no one is ever in the office. They leave a sign on a door with a number to call but the number goes right to voicemail. I am really regretting picking this storage place.
