I had such a great experience at Public Storage! The customer service was honestly top tier. Felicia was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for storage with people who actually care!
I’m very satisfied with the customer service I received at iStorage. From the very beginning, the staff was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions I had. They took the time to clearly explain all the details, including pricing, security, and how to access and use the storage unit. Anytime I needed assistance, they responded quickly and treated me with respect. I also appreciate how clean and secure the facility is, which gives me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. Ms.Jessica & Ms.Felicia were such a huge help helping me with my move in process, very polite & positive attitudes , the facility is always spotless as well! Very happy with my decision for this location !!
Please run from this place. This the most horrible storage place that is infested with rats. Staff is rude and unprofessional.smells like they are smoking weed while working. You can smell it all in the office .They will increase your monthly storage fee without any explanation. The rat boxes outside are filled with dead rats and they don’t change them . Corporate needs to come due a pop up inspection or code enforcement
