The purchase and professionalism of the IStorage phone representatives was 5 star. I was very satisfied with their service. I rated my overall experience with this company a 2 star due to the fact that management wasn’t available on site. The fact that the management wasn’t present during work hours and the office was supposed to be open on Saturday from 10:00-5:00 made it impossible to leave the necessary paperwork with an individual. Felicia is very good for what she do. She is kind and attentive to very patient. We love her, to day our daughter became apart of istorage.
Felicia did an excellent job explaining all.the fees and showing me the units. I recommend anyone looking for storage to try here. Very friendly.
