I had a very frustrating experience with this storage facility. I paid to have a lock cut off and made two separate trips to the location, but the issue was never resolved as promised. The first time I went, I was understanding when I was told the staff member couldn’t remove the lock herself. This was on a Saturday, and I was assured it would be taken care of by Monday. I had a storage unit at another location and after 3 months they doubled my payment. So I closed out and came here to istorage. The lady staff was friendly very helpful and knowledgeable. A warm smile a friendly face. One that said we're here for you. I am new to this location so we'll see what the future holds. But my first interaction was a pleasant one. So I do recommend I storage to anyone that's looking for fairness and a great price
