My experience was great. Tracy helped me get my unit quickly because I wa sin a rush. She assisted with me purchasing a new lock due to the one I had not fitting my unit door. She was very professional and made me feel very welcome. Thank you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars "Excellent facility for home and business storage. I keep my office products there, they have climate-controlled unit, and the temperature is always consistent. The security features gave me total peace of mind—personalized gate codes, 24/7 video surveillance, and well-lit hallways. The manager, Tracy was fantastic during check-in, walked me through the insurance options, and even showed me how to use the app/website and gate code.The facility is highly secure and easy to navigate."

Absolutely don’t recommend this place. All of my stuff in my outside unit had water damage and mold within TWO months. Stay away from this place if you actually care about your valuables.

Wow, Tracy! Sweetest person that has ever attended me ! She did the entire process super suuuper quick and the property looked excellent!! Would give A million stars if i could :)
