Andrea is AWESOME! She's professional, friendly and very attentive to the needs of her customers. I've been with the location for years. I reported a light out. Andrea had it taken care of right away! She's a great asset to this establishment!
Although we are new to IStorage, I would like to share that we had the pleasure of meeting the new property manager Andria during our clean out. She made the entire process pleasant and when Andria seen we were struggling in the summer heat she offered us water and wanted to make sure we stayed hydrated. It was such a delight meeting someone like that, someone who cares!
I would recommend renting a unit at IStorage. I've been a customer for many years and I'm pleased about their "Outstanding Customer Service" they always provide me. Mr. Sergio McCoy (Storage Manager) is always friendly and goes beyond to accommodate my needs. The facility is clean and the set up is perfect for staying dry & sheltered. The Best I have used!
Unhappy turned to EXCELLENT service. Went to location on Vine Street T. Manager on duty, Orelis was rude, condescending and arrogant. Never do business there. HOWEVER, I found another location reluctantly bc of my companies demands and was PLEASANTLY surprised. The manager Andrea went above and beyond.
