Unhappy turned to EXCELLENT service. Went to location on Vine Street T. Manager on duty, Orelis was rude, condescending and arrogant. Never do business there. HOWEVER, I found another location reluctantly bc of my companies demands and was PLEASANTLY surprised. The manager Andrea went above and beyond. I would recommend renting a unit at IStorage. I've been a customer for many years and I'm pleased about their "Outstanding Customer Service" they always provide me. Mr. Sergio McCoy (Storage Manager) is always friendly and goes beyond to accommodate my needs. The facility is clean and the set up is perfect for staying dry & sheltered. The Best I have used!
Sergio the manager was amazing and provided excellent service and advice. I would definitely recommend this facility over any other one in the area which i have had not goo experience with them. Thank you very much Sergio.
