Andrea is AWESOME! She's professional, friendly and very attentive to the needs of her customers. I've been with the location for years. I reported a light out. Andrea had it taken care of right away! She's a great asset to this establishment!
Andria property manager made it so easy. She explained everything about the property and hours . She was so happy excited when walk in . 1/10 gave her a 10 . I felt comfortable enough to were I feel my items will be safe
Although we are new to IStorage, I would like to share that we had the pleasure of meeting the new property manager Andria during our clean out. She made the entire process pleasant and when Andria seen we were struggling in the summer heat she offered us water and wanted to make sure we stayed hydrated. It was such a delight meeting someone like that, someone who cares!
I just came in for a Storage and Andria the property manager was very helpful she help me to get storage size that I need it and it was quick if i cloud give her more then 5 star I will cuz she was very helpful…
Unhappy turned to EXCELLENT service. Went to location on Vine Street T. Manager on duty, Orelis was rude, condescending and arrogant. Never do business there. HOWEVER, I found another location reluctantly bc of my companies demands and was PLEASANTLY surprised. The manager Andrea went above and beyond. She explained she was newer to the company but I honestly never would have known that!!! She was attentive, informative and empathetic, we need more people like that!!!!
