I would leave no stars if possible. The husband that runs things is pretty nice but the wife is nasty and rude to customers. She watches you on cameras and wants to know what you’re doing at all times. We literally joke that if we take too long organizing our stuff or going through our stuff she will come over in her golf cart and look around all nosey and want to know why we’re taking so long with OUR STUFF. Although it was convenient for me to have my rv stored here I could no longer afford the rental fee. I had my rv here for 4 and a half years and my fee went up by 50% ($70). I guess they wanted to be competitive but there was absolutely nothing that had changed that I could see although they kept siting improvements that had been made. My spot was not even covered. I have found another location for about half the price and has covered parking. It is a little farther away but worth the price difference.

If I could leave 10 stars I most certainly would!!!! Brian and Jessica are amazing. Super accommodating, sweet, professional from start to finish and help us enjoy our vacation to the fullest. Absolutely recommend them! 💯

Jessica and Brian are amazing. Great customer service! they helped me with my trailer parking rental did everything they could to get me the best deal I highly recommend them

Brian (manager) was very polite and went above and beyond to meet my expectations. You don't see persons like him very often. That's why every time I need U-haul I come to this place. Thank you Brian!
