Having had great concern for the security of my personal heartfelt belongings, Doug made me know and feel that I never ever had to worry about the security my storage unit. Years later Doug he's become like family. Thanks Doug!
Don't and I repeat Do not rent a storage unit from this place. Their business hours is a complete lie. Waited on an employee to come and take the lock off a unit they said was available, come to find out it's someone else's unit and the employees comes to work when they feel like it. This place don't even deserve a 1 star.
Doug is an amazing guy! He is very helpful and kind. If you ever need help with something come into the office and ask for Doug!
Great sorage facility, customer service is top notch! We had a Pod situation to be dropped off. & property Manager Doug was friendly & amazing help! Great go to storage for Palm Bay! 😉
Doug is an excellent property manger. He has been such a big help on many occasions. And He is always pleasant and eager to help.
