The staff here is wonderful and helpful. This month i had some questions about my locks and spoke with Katelyn. Her customer service skills were outstanding. Friendly, informative, and professional. That is what keeps me as a customer. I like that feeling that the staff cares. Great job!
I only had a very short window to move my things. 5 days. I called paid, and was told the unit was empty and ready to move things in. I drove half hour with my car packed and the unit had a company lock that required a key not a combination. I called and the manager was off that day so I drove there and back for nothing. I called and asked for a one day credit, they refused. I thought I was reasonable since I lost a day of moving at no fault of my own. I won't use them again. Noone is there when I take a family member to make payment in Fanning Springsnsometimes and we try to make it before or after lunch. No contact number to actually talk to a real person locally of when a good time is. Also last month she doesnt recall being told the company was changing. Theres no email on contacting page on the website to actually contact a real person online. The rate changed higher. On the phone now with someone I cant understand and puts me on hold.
