I only had a very short window to move my things. 5 days. I called paid, and was told the unit was empty and ready to move things in. I drove half hour with my car packed and the unit had a company lock that required a key not a combination. I called and the manager was off that day so I drove there and back for nothing. I called and asked for a one day credit, they refused. I thought I was reasonable since I lost a day of moving at no fault of my own. I won't use them again. The staff here is wonderful and helpful. This month i had some questions about my locks and spoke with Katelyn. Her customer service skills were outstanding. Friendly, informative, and professional. That is what keeps me as a customer. I like that feeling that the staff cares. Great job!

The Fanning Springs iStorage is a very nice storage facility. The facility is gated and the staff is friendly. The area is safe and clean. We have rented space in several locations over the years as snowbirds and this was our best experience overall. We would highly recommend this storage company and location. If we're ever back in the Chiefland/Fanning Springs area again in the future and need storage space, we will definitely use iStorage.

Katelyn has given me the fastest, most courteous customer service! She walked me through each unit I wanted to see in this Florida heat without complaint and a great attitude. I am very pleased with this company you and Katelyn!

Clean and well maintained. Large space in front of units making it easy for box trucks and trailers to get in and out. They even have a app to open the gate super convenient. Always friendly staff as well.
