Wish I could give 0 starts. Worst customer service. Everything was great while Personal Mini Storage was there, once iStorage took over, has been the most inconvenient service, office hours, operations, etc… There’s plenty of better options than them.
Came in 3/21/2025 and Mario helped me out getting into a new storage under a unique situation I was unfortunately stuck in! This saved me hundreds of dollars and hours of traveling! I am now a client and have a unit located in Fanning Springs! This facility is clean and I am all about that!
I rented a climate controlled storage unit for 7 months, it was the best experience ever! The u it was truly climate controlled, I had tons of real wood furniture and cloth furniture, all of it was like brand new after 7 months of being in there!! No rats, bugs, mold anything. The facility is secure and well maintained and the property manager Natasha is always helpful. 10/10 recommend this facility to anyone!!
Wanted to say thank you very much to Natasha, Mario and the Great Team of at Personal Minin Storage in Fannin Springs! They were AWESOME! Always knowledgeable, available when needed, helpful and friendly! We had six storage units there at one point, the facilities always felt safe and secure, the atmosphere was always friendly neat, clean and very desirable! Natasha & Mario were absolutely amazing with helping me find the right size that I need and also helped me setup a Uhaul rental from my current location back to their location on my moving day. They are extremely friendly and super family oriented. Which is a huge blessing and such a breath of fresh air.
