I had a very easy time getting started on buying a storage unit. Darrell was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed seeing this was my first time getting a storage unit. Would highly recommend!
Jackie was amazing helping with information and reservation for a unit. Ray was there when I got to the facility and hung in there past closing time through several technical difficulties and glitches to get my information properly entered into the system which protected my nice discount and secure the unit just in time. Excellent customer service!
Horrible Communication and Customer Service I’ve been a loyal customer of Personal Mini Storage in High Springs for a while, and I never experienced a single issue. Their customer service was top-notch, and they made a point of treating their clients with respect and attention. Worked perfectly. We used a regular, not the climate control unit, and it was exactly what we needed for our stuff! Super simple process to sign up and they give easy to follow instructions for when you first get there. We’re moving out of state so we had to cancel our unit but that was super simple too! Jackie is super nice and made everything really easy. No hidden fees or surprise charges when leaving either👍🏽
I was made aware of this facility because my one way U-Haul rental from S. Florida had this as a drop off location. I think I got a free first month but I didn't have the need - but would def be OK with using them for a long term facility as its very secure and prices seemed very fair for a small town market. First off I have to say that the customer service of the store manager there "Jackie" was beyond 5 star.
