At whatever cost, do not rent storage space from this company. One of the elevators, the one on my side of the building has been broken since Halloween and noone seems to give a shit. 3 weeks ago, the regional manager called me back after once again, i could not access my upstairs unit and said that istorage admin failed to sign the repair contract but it would be fixed within the week.
