I had a fantastic experience with this storage unit facility. The prices were very reasonable, and the customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for affordable and reliable storage options.
Joseph was very helpful when I was finally connected with his office. He gave me directions to the office and got me all signed up for my unit in the annex in Alachua. I just wish he had given me a map to the unit. The building has several fire doors so locating it was a little nuts.

Joseph is excellent at what he does...kind, courteous and extremely helpful! Prices are also very reasonable here, by the by, and have never had any issues with the storage unit.
After years of higher and higher rent every6 months, at a different storage rental company with zero personal interaction from the staff, i switched over to Personal Mini Storage on 441. What a difference. They are helpful, accommodating and have much better pricing.
