Since they bought out personal mini storage wich i have never had an issue with . But now i storage the new name they have raised rates 3x on me in just over a years time. I called and talked to corporate and they told me it was supply and demand. I said really so what are you trying to push us loyal customers that have been with you over 5 years and never been delinquent on a payment ., loyalty don't mean anything to you on your long term customers. I rented this facility 2 or 3 weeks ago. The initial experience was very easy thanks to Ethan at the counter. He is very knowledgeable about this facility and the ones nearby. When I needed assistance switching units he was there to help after listening to my needs regarding the storage. I highly recommend this facility for the cleanliness and customer service.
