Since they bought out personal mini storage wich i have never had an issue with . But now i storage the new name they have raised rates 3x on me in just over a years time. I called and talked to corporate and they told me it was supply and demand. I said really so what are you trying to push us loyal customers that have been with you over 5 years and never been delinquent on a payment ., loyalty don't mean anything to you on your long term customers.
