As soon as I walked in the door, Ethan greeted me with great customer service. He made everything smooth for me, I only needed the storage for less than a month so it was a short lived experience but thanks to Ethan I would recommend this place to anyone..
The majority of these reviews are from the previous business name Personal Mini Storage. They have a friendly staff and well maintained facility. However, after the new name/ownership Istorage took effect prices have went up unreasonably. My rate was $150. Within 2 months it went to $180, and now I get a notice it is going to $240. These increases have taken place over a period of approximately 4 months. I have left do to the principal of the matter. I hope others do the same. Good experience. Very good customer service from all 3 people that I interacted with. My only concern is that the last billing isn't prorated. It was stressful to try to coordinate moving out with the billing date. Other than that, I was very pleased.
The kid Ethan that is running your office thinks he owns the place or something, he ever come telling me some BS again at 4-5am, I'm cancelling. Also since the name change things have gone down tremendously, loss of storage genie access, inconsistent office hours, staff is not trained properly
I had a storage unit here for a little over a year. Always friendly. The grounds were always clean. Gates were closed when they should have been, and always worked properly. I would rent from them again if I ever needed storage again.
