I want to let you know that I am very impressed by the excellent customer service I received today. I got a unit close to the gate that I wanted, fast and efficient paperwork and very affordable. I forgot the brunette gal's name that assisted me but she was awesome 👌
Sharon was very accommodating on helping me get set up with everything. I needed for their pest control service answered. All questions made the setup very straight. And up front.

Since they bought out personal mini storage wich i have never had an issue with . But now i storage the new name they have raised rates 3x on me in just over a years time. I called and talked to corporate and they told me it was supply and demand. I said really so what are you trying to push us loyal customers that have been with you over 5 years and never been delinquent on a payment ., loyalty don't mean anything to you on your long term customers.
