This is my first time renting a storage unit and man let me tell you Dee was absolutely amazing getting me set up. She was so kind and patient with me. I had no idea how ignorant I was to the storage world! I’d like to add that Kenya was exceptionally nice as. All in all a very well ran place and I highly recommend it! I totally trust them with my family’s belongings!
March 17, 2026 I had an excellent experience at iStorage off 69 South. Ms. Kenya White was absolutely amazing—pleasant, professional, and very informative. I am a new tenant of iStorage. The sign up process was super easy. Property Manager Kenya White was very kind and very knowledgeable. The storage unit is an upgrade from the unit I am leaving at Bama Mini Storage. iStorage definitely has better storage rates!
If I could give this place Zero stars I would!!!!!they have a really big problem right now with someone trying to break into the units!!!! Before having mines tampered with many people warned me that someone was either breaking into their unit or actually got into the unit!!!! These are real organized thieves as well one person said that their unit was actually broken into and the thief put everything back into place like nothing happened! An absolute hell no!!!! Kenya White (Property Manager) is awesome. She is very kind, helpful, patient, and thorough! She made the process so simply and easy.
