I just had my storage unit almost broken into. I got to my storage unit at 4:20 and the staff was already gone and they close at 5. I arrived to my unit and noticed my latch was damaged by some bolt cutters and my unit is right in front of two cameras. This is my first time renting a storage unit and man let me tell you Dee was absolutely amazing getting me set up. She was so kind and patient with me. I had no idea how ignorant I was to the storage world! I’d like to add that Kenya was exceptionally nice as. All in all a very well ran place and I highly recommend it! I totally trust them with my family’s belongings!

I am a new tenant of iStorage. The sign up process was super easy. Property Manager Kenya White was very kind and very knowledgeable. The storage unit is an upgrade from the unit I am leaving at Bama Mini Storage. iStorage definitely has better storage rates!
Kenya White (Property Manager) is awesome. She is very kind, helpful, patient, and thorough! She made the process so simply and easy.
