Stored my belongings here for 5 months. All safe and clean. Great customer service; fair contracts - no hidden charges. Ryan is a pleasure dealing with! Very friendly and so knowledgeable. Would use them again.
I’ve been using this storage facility for over two years and it’s been great. Ryan is always helpful and available to answer any questions. I’ve never had any safety or security issues with my unit and the location is easily accessible.
Friendly service from the office staff especially Ryan. I go to the storage room for a couple years and finally had to close it but I'm happy with the facilities. They always secure and clean thank you.
Don’t waste your money here. Ever since they got new owners something always seems to be broken and they take months and months to fix it. Their elevators have been broken for over a month and I’m on the third floor with no way of getting to my unit because I cannot climb stairs carrying my 27 gallon tubs. I asked to be compensated for the month and they refuse because they have a staircase. Mind you there aren’t even dollies on each floor, so I would have to also carry each tub to the back end of the floor. It took them ove... read more
Reserved a unit online. Load my car up and head to the location on my reservation day during open office hours. There is a handwritten note that says “will return monday”. On the phone with support and they want me to sign a lease when no one is there and I’ve never seen the unit. Incredibly unprofessional.
