Stored my belongings here for 5 months. All safe and clean. Great customer service; fair contracts - no hidden charges. Ryan is a pleasure dealing with! Very friendly and so knowledgeable. Would use them again.
Don’t waste your money here. Ever since they got new owners something always seems to be broken and they take months and months to fix it. Their elevators have been broken for over a month and I’m on the third floor with no way of getting to my unit because I cannot climb stairs carrying my 27 gallon tubs. I asked to be compensated for the month and they refuse because they have a staircase. Mind you there aren’t even dollies on each floor, so I would have to also carry each tub to the back end of the floor. It took them ove... read more

I can’t say enough good things about this facility. The property is conveniently located, clean, and well-maintained. What really made my experience outstanding, though, was the manager. Conveniently behind the IKEA in Ybor city, it’s an easy In-N-Out with 24 hour access, carts, a giant elevator, And ease and simplicity for an unbeatable price.
