Conveniently behind the IKEA in Ybor city, it’s an easy In-N-Out with 24 hour access, carts, a giant elevator, And ease and simplicity for an unbeatable price. I can’t say enough good things about this facility. The property is conveniently located, clean, and well-maintained. What really made my experience outstanding, though, was the manager. Ryan is phenomenal — incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through the rental process, and even offered helpful tips to make the most of my storage space. Property is maintained and it’s always clean within the indoor storage. The office staff is friendly and very professional, especially Ryan. Will return in the future if I have storage needs.
The units and the facility itself are very clean and well-kept. And they truly do have the cleanest bathroom I've seen at any storage place. There are plenty of carts to help with load-ins, but access into the building takes a little maneuvering around the safety poles. Ryan is super helpful and professional. So far, so great!
