I can’t say enough good things about this facility. The property is conveniently located, clean, and well-maintained. What really made my experience outstanding, though, was the manager. Ryan is phenomenal — incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through the rental process, and even offered helpful tips to make the most of my storage space. The units and the facility itself are very clean and well-kept. And they truly do have the cleanest bathroom I've seen at any storage place. There are plenty of carts to help with load-ins, but access into the building takes a little maneuvering around the safety poles. Ryan is super helpful and professional. So far, so great!
I came from another storage place in the last year which was not well governed a lot of things were broke one after another garage doors elevators etc we're talking for like 6 months, anyway I am honored to spend a couple extra bucks, and belong to the storage unit that seems to be well governed, and taking care of. Reggie and Ryan are awesome! Reggie helped me find a unit and made the entire process quick and easy. Reggie helped me with exactly what I needed and is a pleasure to work with. Units are clean, well-maintained and the facility is managed very well. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend this facility. Ryan and Henry are very easy to deal with and the gated premises is clean and modern and most importantly; secure! We were able to choose our unit easily among many different size plans to fit different storage needs. They've been very helpful and quick to address any questions or needs we've had along the way. The location is ideal for those living in channelside, downtown, ybor, palm river and surrounding. We have been using blue sky for a while now and have no complaints!
