So, during the transition from Istorage to Public Storage Danielle has been great. The facility is clean, she's attentive, & very informative about the transition. Plenty of space for parking while loading/unloading. All around a good experience thanks to the team at Public Storage I will definitely recommend friends & family.
We have been customers at iStorage for a while now and currently rent six units. So needless to say, we know this facility well. Today we worked with Ryan, and he was absolutely outstanding. This storage facility is always clean, well organized, and easy to use. I haven’t had a single issue since storing here. Ryan truly stands out. Came in to find a unit and Ryan was super helpful and informative. He was able to help us decide which size unit we need based on our stuff and was able to show us the options. We were able to get a unit and out the door in less than an hour! It was clean and well kept in the office and the unit areas. Thanks Ryan for being awesome!!
