Blue Sky had incredible customer service, and Linda (in the office) was super helpful in both renting and U-Haul for our move and securing a storage unit for our extra storage needs! I love the security features of the property; making me extra feel secure while storing precious belongings. I took advantage of a great rental promo and will definitely be using this storage facility from here on out!

When I found this place, I thought it was a descent rate, but after only being there for 2 months, they’re already raising my rent. Furthermore, when I moved in, I had to pay my movers extra time because no moving carts are on site. I was told me the company bought out a uhaul and that uhaul took them all. It’s more work, time and expense to move things all the way down hallways without carts.
Gates were broken open and they waited days to address it even after it being reported resulting in 20k worth of equipment theft. Terrible
Bad experience my RV got rob in their location. This was at the Huffmanster location. Look to me that it was an inside job because it was a the same week when your gate was not working and you never noticed us that your gat was not working.
