I had a great experience with iStorage. The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and feels secure, which gave me peace of mind right away. What really stood out to me was the front desk manager—they were welcoming, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across customer service like that anymore, so I definitely appreciated it. I would highly recommend iStorage to anyone looking for a reliable and well-kept storage facility.

Dawn was absolutely amazing! Her customer service was top tier from start to finish. She went above and beyond by helping with the clean up and even assisted with the lock situation — which made everything so much easier and less stressful for me.
