Came in a few days ago to get a storage unit. I had the chance to me Diego. I first came in he was busy and took him a bit for him to get to me but at the end he help way more then I could have imagined. I’m great for Diego’s time and ability to help me more than he had to and be polite.
I can't say enough about Dawn & Monica she is the most wonderful, kindest and caring person I have had the pleasure of getting to know. She is all about Customer Service & Satisfaction and will go out of her way to help anyone she can. I would recommend this Storage Facility to anyone. Go and see Dawn and tell her Tim sent you. She will go out of her way to make sure your Storage Locker is clean and keeps the facility nice and clean. Thank you Dawn for being such a wonderful Manager
Mr Diego was extremely helpful. He got me a good unit for a good prize and I am extremely satisfied. He went above and beyond his job when you’re looking to give him a raise acknowledge him he did do above and beyond and I am satisfied.
Great Customer service. Nice storage area friendly people 👌🏿 the young lady who assisted me was so nice.
I want to give a big shoutout to ms.dawn vary kind,friendly and helped me understand the whole process with patience's and a smile had the strange clean and ready my experience is 5 stars!
