I have been renting with this company since 2019 of course they took over from U-haul, but since I store has taken over, they have not repaired the gates.Of course.They raise my prices and your excess to the facility is the worst. The storage space was clean and free of bugs and outdoor critters. The unit was kept in good working order the doors operated smoothly and hassle free. I am very pleased with my rental.
The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. I choose to stop by every month to pay my bill versus online because I enjoy talking with them.
The management office team was amazing. Very thorough and talked me through everything. Very happy
