Customer Service was great. Isa was very helpful and informative. She showed me the several units and was asking all the right questions that fits my needs. Would recommend others to rent at the winter garden location.

Donna and the gentleman there (didn’t get his name) were extremely helpful and understanding. We were late to pickup but they helped us out and were so kind in the process. Great business :)

Had not had my things stored here for no more than 24 hours, as I needed to quickly store things and catch a flight for work. The following day which I would like to add that my flight was completely changed bags sent across county and I was left behind to catch a flight the following day.
