I have been renting with this company since 2019 of course they took over from U-haul, but since I store has taken over, they have not repaired the gates.Of course.They raise my prices and your excess to the facility is the worst. I'm a business owner and I need to be able to access the facility to retrieve my food truck and trailer. Unfortunately, there's an issue all the time with that I have been locked in. Young lady by the name Isa was fantastic. Very helpful, answered all my question and informed me of things that I didn't even think to ask. Fantastic.
Customer Service was great. Isa was very helpful and informative. She showed me the several units and was asking all the right questions that fits my needs. Would recommend others to rent at the winter garden location.
