*I am updating my review to 3 stars ONLY because Ben went absolutely above and beyond this week to help me get the 10x15 unit I originally reserved. He was extremely kind, professional and helpful. He deserves a raise. Ben is 5/5 stars as an employee. I wish I didn’t already lease this unit because while their office hours say they are open Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, they are not open on Wednesday.
