Elevators are a year out of inspection and feel unsafe. You can't get into the building after 10pm. Not sure why they aren't 24 hour? No one works at this location. The bathrooms have no soap or toilet paper and haven't for weeks. The trash cans inside are overflowing.
The units could use a little updating. Customer service is great all around. 4* review I feel is reasonable.
Everything I put in here was clean, now it’s covered in mold and rat crap. Basically having to replace all of my stuff. Do not store anything important here!

IStorage just took over this building. No one is able to get into it because the codes don't work. Customer service doesn't want to do anything to help. I have been transferred multiple times without a solution to put my stuff inside. We have 4 units there, and we are going to be looking to go elsewhere. Blue Sky had great workers.
