Elevators are a year out of inspection and feel unsafe. You can't get into the building after 10pm. Not sure why they aren't 24 hour? No one works at this location. The bathrooms have no soap or toilet paper and haven't for weeks. The trash cans inside are overflowing.
The units could use a little updating. Customer service is great all around. 4* review I feel is reasonable.
Danny and haylea were nice and amazing! The best people to have.
IStorage just took over this building. No one is able to get into it because the codes don't work. Customer service doesn't want to do anything to help. I have been transferred multiple times without a solution to put my stuff inside. We have 4 units there, and we are going to be looking to go elsewhere. Blue Sky had great workers.
Danny is wonderful! She made my experience pleasant and easy!! I would highly recommend stopping by to see her for your storage needs!!
