I recently rented medium-size storage unit with elevator access at iStorage Self-storage facility and couldn’t be more pleased. The indoor unit is spotless and highly secure, giving me confidence that my belongings are well-protected. Climate control keeps everything safe from extreme temperatures, and the elevator makes moving items in and out a breeze. The staff are welcoming and always ready to help, and the flexible access hours make it even more convenient. Overall, an excellent storage option I highly recommend!
If I could’ve gave 0 stars I would. I been with this storage since march of 2025. And they continue to put their rates up to the point where it’s $50 more than initial contract. You don’t have a say so on it at ALL. They don’t care about letting you know via text or call. Also if the late fees are waived even if your late a couple of days, and the fee is not a small amount at ALL. I wish I would’ve went somehere else. Do NOT go here.
