My family has used this storage on 3 different occasions. All 3 times we worked with Remington. He is absolutely awesome. Very helpful and personable. The facility itself is very clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this location.
In less than one year, my rent was raised TWICE, to almost double of my starting rate. My first increase occurred before I even made my first payment. There are no obvious improvements at the facility, and no reason given as to why they continue to raise rates. Taking advantage of the market. I love the location and Remington is great. But as the rates continued upward (and in such a short time), I'm out. I'd rather store my stuff in my garage and park outside than continue to pay unreasonably for the storage unit. Customer service is why I gave 5 stars. Two Individuals. Kayla and Remington. If I still owned a business or was still was a Recruiter for others, I'd offer them both jobs. They keep their places clean. Did not enjoy using call center. Would perfer to talk directly to Staff on site. Would Recommend. TCH
Remington is great. Helped us when we mistakenly left our unit unlocked. Super nice and helpful
I rented through Remington and he was absolutely amazing and helped out ALOT!!! Very nice and safe place to store your things!!!
