Remington is a great help on everything storage!! He really knows his stuff and is an expert at his craft!! Awesome experience!! This was a FIVE star rating. Had to bring this rating down. Have two storage units side by side 10’X25’ got a 30 day notice on the just now 2 month old unit that the price is rising. My other unit is 8 months old. Just one is going up in price?? They’re the exact same. I got these bc the price was fair. Now one is not. Going from $147/month to $180?!?!
Amazed by the services I received from Remington; no hesitation. So friendly, welcoming and helpful… Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a storage facility to use.
Remington at the Derby location behind the Casey's was incredible. We had reserved, paid for, and signed our lease all online, however it ended up being at another location than what we wanted. Remington was able to get us transferred over to his units all within 10-15 min. Remington was very helpful, considerate, and understanding. This was the most pleasant move in I have ever had! I HIGHLY recommend this location if you are looking for storage needs!
the stars are for a gentleman called Remington that works there he is very helpful and always very sweet I'm grateful that I have your storage unit for my stuff but I'm sick of your high prices at the same time but you need to give Remington a raise cuz he really does a great job
Remington took care of me and set me up with a good deal on a 10x10 unit with auto pay. It is a clean facility and well ran would highly recommend!
