Customer service is why I gave 5 stars. Two Individuals. Kayla and Remington. If I still owned a business or was still was a Recruiter for others, I'd offer them both jobs. They keep their places clean. Did not enjoy using call center. Would perfer to talk directly to Staff on site. Would Recommend. TCH
Remington was incredibly helpful throughout my experience, both when I was getting set up with a unit and when I was finished renting. He's genuinely the sweetest and most helpful person, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I rented through Remington and he was absolutely amazing and helped out ALOT!!! Very nice and safe place to store your things!!!
Remington at the Derby location behind the Casey's was incredible. We had reserved, paid for, and signed our lease all online, however it ended up being at another location than what we wanted. Remington was able to get us transferred over to his units all within 10-15 min. Remington was very helpful, considerate, and understanding. This was the most pleasant move in I have ever had! I HIGHLY recommend this location if you are looking for storage needs!
