Up until today I had no problems and was quite satisfied except for a recent price increase but today I received not one but two notices in the mail that my unit had been overlocked for non-payment but at no time did anybody make any attempt to reach me not by email not by phone not by text just locked my unit. I didn't have any idea there was a problem but a simple phone call probably would have corrected the problem and I am furious ! I will be looking for a new space immediately.
