The staff is very nice and helpful. The facility is substandard. The temperature was 82 when we moved out and there was high humidity. NOT a place to keep anything of value. The lights didn’t extend to the end of the hall so we always had to bring our own lights. Elevator was broken when we moved out. It had been broken for 2 weeks. I would not recommend this facility, and on top of everything else it was expensive for what you got.
I rented a unit online and it was quick and painless. In person the property manager Richard (RC) was very helpful! Clean units, convenient location, helpful staff. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks RC!
Richard Connell at Western Way in Jacksonville Florida was excellent today 7/3 in resolving a very bad issue. He was respectful and earnest, unlike others.
IStorage was great. They were polite, knowledgeable and attentive. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
