No manager on site, no access to my unit, no help from customer service. No refund for unit paid for. The reason I was rented a new storage I's because my existing storage kept increasing and now is $200/mo I found NSA for half. the price but when I got there I found out why.. It's in a bad area with all the reasons I mentioned.Now I'm going to have to pay $200 ,plus $100 since I can't move out in time. I'm shocked there are decent reviews (fake is my guess), as you can clearly see this storage facility is ran with neglect if you go in person. There's no way garbage trucks can even collect as they have let the trash get completely out of hand. I was surprised to see that there was actually a dumpster hiding under the trash pile. I wasn't surprised of the stench of decomposing rodents. The ladies here are so professional it’s a breath of fresh air. The property is well maintained and has video surveillance, The units are affordable and the property is accessible. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO GREAT THAT IT DOESNT HAVE TO BE 24 hours ! You can access the property at great safe hours and they do an amazing job at contacting you for any updates! Way to go !!!
I do not recommend this place. My first time I visited this location there were homicide investigators there conducting an investigation. Lots of trash on this property, very dirty facility, rat feces spotted, and there was a strong smell of urine. I wasn’t sure if this was a storage facility or an apartment complex as there are people living in some of these storage units.
