We went to the new NSA Storage previously, I storage in Ocala had a great experience with new staff Stuart was amazing. They keep a clean facility and are very pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend any. If for any of your storage needs come see Stuart !!

We chose this place to as we wanted to store a vehicle. The website for this location showed 3 diff sizes for garage units. We booked one and confirmed with a customer service agent on the phone that it was in fact a garage unit. We drove over 2 hours to store the car and when we arrived, we discovered that there were zero garage units for vehicles. The unit we had reserved was just a regular storage unit. I paid my monthly bill on the 21 through bill pay. The money was taken out of my account. I have a confirmation number. Yet I storage claims they did not receive payment. I went office at 5:05 to pay again..it was supposed to be open til 6 pm. However they closed early. No sign. I told them I would be in after work and they did not tell me they were closing early.
