Great experience overall. The place is clean, well organized, and feels very secure. I especially want to mention the gentleman who works there — he was very kind, patient, and helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommended.

I am with the Marion County Memorial Honor Guard.The location provides my organization with a convenient location closest to where the leadership of our organization lives. They provide us with a storage unit and a parking area for our van.. Ease of access is extremely important to us because we need the ability to get to our equipment quickly. Stewart provided excellent customer service. He had a smile and a friendly attitude. Very pleasant to converse with. Stewart answered all my questions, took time to walk me back to look at the storage unit and even assisted in finalizing the paperwork.

We went to the new NSA Storage previously, I storage in Ocala had a great experience with new staff Stuart was amazing. They keep a clean facility and are very pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend any. If for any of your storage needs come see Stuart !!
