Stuart was awesome! storage units are very well kept and have central air. Definitely would recommend.
We chose this place to as we wanted to store a vehicle. The website for this location showed 3 diff sizes for garage units. We booked one and confirmed with a customer service agent on the phone that it was in fact a garage unit. We drove over 2 hours to store the car and when we arrived, we discovered that there were zero garage units for vehicles. The unit we had reserved was just a regular storage unit. The buildings are in great shape. Prices are very comparable and even priced below competitors. Prompt and friendly staff. Doors were open and ready for us.
I paid my monthly bill on the 21 through bill pay. The money was taken out of my account. I have a confirmation number. Yet I storage claims they did not receive payment. I went office at 5:05 to pay again..it was supposed to be open til 6 pm. However they closed early. No sign. I told them I would be in after work and they did not tell me they were closing early. My husband and I have been paying customers for over a year. Ever since istorage took over aka nsa it’s been nothing but problems getting through the gate during access hours. Currently we are on day 2 of not being able to get in. Ocala police department can’t help either. Please avoid renting from here at all costs. Customer service refuses to do anything about it and the office is never opened during office hours.
