Stewart provided excellent customer service. He had a smile and a friendly attitude. Very pleasant to converse with. Stewart answered all my questions, took time to walk me back to look at the storage unit and even assisted in finalizing the paperwork.
I am with the Marion County Memorial Honor Guard.The location provides my organization with a convenient location closest to where the leadership of our organization lives. The provide us with a storage unit and a parking area for our van.. Ease of access is extremely important to us because we need the ability to get to our equipment quickly. Stewart is the most helpful manager that I have ever encountered in any storage facility he goes out of his way to help customers and to make their experience as easy as possible. Price is great too.
