We chose this place to as we wanted to store a vehicle. The website for this location showed 3 diff sizes for garage units. We booked one and confirmed with a customer service agent on the phone that it was in fact a garage unit. We drove over 2 hours to store the car and when we arrived, we discovered that there were zero garage units for vehicles. The unit we had reserved was just a regular storage unit. I have been using this storage facility for almost a year and when I say they are the best, 10 outta 10, I do recommend. The staff is amazing and you can drive your vehicle inside to unload. Pricing is great and having insurance makes it 1 step better in case of emergencies with weather and whatnot. I definitely recommend iStorage and look forward to telling more people about this place in Ocala Florida

I paid my monthly bill on the 21 through bill pay. The money was taken out of my account. I have a confirmation number. Yet I storage claims they did not receive payment. I went office at 5:05 to pay again..it was supposed to be open til 6 pm. However they closed early. No sign. I told them I would be in after work and they did not tell me they were closing early.
