I definitely don’t recommend using them. They charged me $108 every month for a 7x12 unit. I found a unit in Ocala with Public Storage that’s roughly the same price but for a 10x20 storage unit. Lots more space for the same price Istorage was charging me. When I originally purchased a unit at this location, it was under the company of “Personal mini storage”. They gave me a storage unit with mold. When I signed the paperwork and everything, they asked for me to leave a good review without even seeing the storage unit first. ... read more

This place steals your money and you have to follow rules that are not in writing…The property manager (Jennifer)lies to cover herself. She then took a personal attack on me and the district manager (Mr. Russo)allowed her to do so. Nothing was done to her. The district manager is useless, Apparently he owns the company cause he will not tell me who his boss is and every time I call they route me to him! The overall renting experience was fine. It was just the initial cost that took me off guard.
I called this place today to find out about a unit I saw on line. The guy that answered kept interrupting me and was very rude. Find some place else.
