The guy who runs the place, Mike, is very nice and informative. As long as you come during the appropriate hours, he is usually there to help. Also, him recommending that you rent on the website actually saves you a lot of money. I do wish that a dolly was readily available, but I understand the concern of theft. If you ask, he will provide you with one.

iStorage has been great and very understanding of the chaos that ensues when you move out of state and need to store things at home until you can finally ship them back! Judy, the manager, is so nice and actually makes the moving process so much easier because of her pleasant and positive attitude! I lost my ID (eventually found in my truck) and she was generally concerned for me when she said no one had found it. I've been with istorage for 2 years now and Mike has been the best help to me from helping me get my first storage unit to upgrading to a larger unit, to calling me with great customer service when I forgot to change my card number when I got a card. Snow is always shoveled. Thank you Mike you're the best. One down side to istorage is they price goes up to often for me and for that very reason I'm out within 3 months the rent was increased and continue to increase until the day I left.

Do not store your belongings here a week after I got a unit it was broken into vandalized and I got a police report and they compensated me for nothing. I trusted my belongings would be safe. They have insurance the minute you sign contract, but forget about being cojmpensated.
