Laury was excellent to work with. I didn't initially look at the unit because it was during an awful snow storm. When I went back a couple days later, I wanted a different location. Laury took care of it and got the first month free promo transferred. I would highly recommend this facility due to her excellent customer service.

I had never used a storage facility before and didn't have great expectations, but iStorage surprised me. It is clean, well-lit, and well-secured. I feel very safe while I'm there. The managers are helpful and personable, and keep a close eye on things. I'm very happy to have chosen iStorage.

Laury, the manager of the storage facility at 7804 Meadow View in Shawnee, KS, did a great job helping us move into our units in August. If it weren’t for her quickness in evaluating our need for extra space, we may have had to leave our furniture, etc. out on the curb after the movers left. We really appreciated her help.
