Please, if you are able to, find another facility for yourself or a loved one. DO NOT GO TO IVY HIll!! My mother died while under their care last week and I have yet to get a call back from the social worker or anyone working there. We received a call from the hospital saying that she was found unconscious on the floor in the facility. Nobody knew how long she had been down for. By the time help was called, it was too late. What I thought was a okay facility turned in to a nightmare. On September 25, 2024 I received a call that my Uncle had passed. No answers were given and no concern was shown by the staff. I never received a phone call explaining anything. The sad thing for my family was we didn’t even get to be with my uncle. When my aunts and I arrived that morning, we had to clean my uncle up. I think ivy hill murdered my sister she didn’t even last 30 days there they are only concerned about the money at ivy hill if you have a family member that you love don’t send them there they are killing people they don’t care about are loved ones the social workers don’t care about social services they only care about the money they don’t even call you to tell you that your people has passed away . After dealing with disastrous care for my grandmother, it has been really refreshing dealing with the staff at Ivy Hill… it really eases my mind to know that the ones you love the most are receiving the care they deserve. My family is thankful for the staff, they are always kind and courteous, the communication is top tier and my grandmothers quality of life has improved since we moved her rehab to Ivy Hill. Would recommend to anyone seeking care for their loved ones!
