I had an amazing experience at J Bridal! The staff was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made me feel comfortable and really listened to what I was looking for. This was my first wedding dress experience, and J Bridal Boutique dose not disappoint, the shop is beautiful with wedding dress all around adding to the excitement of finding your dream dress. I had Kaylee as my stylist and she listened to what I was looking for and right on the first try I found my dress, all the other dress I tried on and that first dress is what I kept thinking about! I love being able to share this experience with my family and friends it was truly magical 🩷

I had the best experience at J Bridal! Crysabel was my stylist and she called me the day before to talk through styles I might like. When we got to the appointment, she had already pulled some dresses based on our conversation that perfectly matched what I was looking for. The whole staff was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive throughout my whole appointment and I walked away with my dream dress. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Kaylee was so helpful, patient, and joyous! She never pressured me into anything or to say yes to any dress when I was very confused at one point, but because of the low pressure and lovely experience she created, I found the one! I was in between 2 dresses with a significant price difference and I never felt pressured to go for the most expensive, which unfortunately was my experience at another place in NYC. I went in for my first time trying on dresses since getting engaged and it was a great experience! Kaylee helped us and she was amazing with the choices she selected, it’s a bit overwhelming to walk in to a store full of beautiful dresses so having someone to help me find the direction to go in was very much appreciated.
