RecommendedI couldn't be happier that I selected J Caldwell Custom Pools for my pool remodel/refinishing. Everyone from the planner/estimator, to the jobsite project manager, to the the craftsmen that did the work on my pool remodel/refinish were outstanding. Furthermore, I am especially grateful to Leon the jobsite project manager for getting my remodel/refinishing completed up to or beyond what I had envisioned and sooner than I could have expected during a very busy time with rainy weather challenges this Spring.
RecommendedAbout a decade ago, I enlisted John Caldwell and his team to build our fairly large and involved custom pool. The process was smooth and without issue. More importantly, I’m writing this review now as we were again recently reminded of the quality in construction, workmanship and also the ongoing support that comes along with working with John. RecommendedGreat working with Miranda Martin to design our pool and materials and staying within four budget. Scott Snow was the perfect project manager keeping us up to date and keeping the build schedule in line. If we were to build another pool we would pick J. Caldwell over and over!

I would not recommend Caldwell Pools. It took forever to get our pool completed, 9 months. Whenever we called we were told that they were very busy. We have water pooling in the corner of our yard. Our landscaper found a broken pipe. Caldwell will not even look at it to see if their sprinkler people could have broken the pipe. They want to put the responsibility on our landscaper. We know for a fact it was not him or his crew that broke the pipe. We are very disappointed in the company and cannot recommend them.
