I have recently used JCoates Leicester and Melton to pass my C+E tests, couldn't be happier with the help from Alec, Andy, Simon, John and Andrew you were all amazing from start to finish, would recommend you all to anyone wanting to do their licence, everyone was friendly, patient and helpful and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process 😀 Thank you so much!
Brilliant firm to help you with your hgv training I am currently doing my class 2 rigid with them my trainer is Colin real nice bloke and shout out to Chris fox for doing my reversing part both chaps are top blokes. Would recommend this company to anyone wanting to take their hgv, coach licences.

Just passed my class 2 with j coats my instructor Matthew was a absolute star made my training enjoyable and a very friendly gentleman would highly recommend
Poor communication and no follow up. I believe they require a new sales team/manager as I was willing to part company with £1300 to attend a course with them. Busy maybe, but aren't we all. I received a very basic email response to my query about pass rates. Email i received back stated 20% online and 50% class room based pass rates. That's all folks. Not exactly confidence inspiring. I will book my course elsewhere, and I am sure they will welcome my money. Regards
