Latrell gave me a great price and was able to schedule our house quickly. Other businesses quoted me double and 2 months out. He washed our house, sidewalk, and deck. They look brand new! Excellent communication, professional work, great price! Thank you!

Mr Fletcher did an awesome job with all three services for our house. We had the roof and house soft powerwashed and cleaned, both of which came out great looking like a brand new roof and siding . We also had our front porch cleaned and stained which we have already gotten compliments on.

J & L Property Services provides a professional, excellent service. I requested there services to stained both of my porches, and all I can say is WOW. I was so excited at how good the porches looked. I have received so many compliments on how the porches look. This is not the first time I’ve used their services. In the past they have power-washed my house and privacy fence. Each time I have been completely satisfied. I will definitely be using this company for many years to come. They do an amazing job.
