Ms. LaCasandra is a great manager! She always make sure the units are good and every tenant is well taken care of and flowing the rules. besides it being one downfall. There is only one problem there is only one maintenance man.he works hard as well trying to tend to all units but he simply just can’t he’s only one person. We need more people! that only causing extra work for the next guy not properly attending to units ! Overall love this environment!
Been staying at J.T. Davis for a year in a half now. I love it , it’s a quiet little neighborhood. If there’s any problem with the maintenance man doesn’t hesitate to get it done one call he coming. The LandLord she is so sweet and always bout business. Need a place to stay I recommend J.T. Davis.
J.T. Davis Courts is such a wonderful apartment complex to live in. The management and manager are the best! The are very professional and nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Lasandra is one of the best landlords I have ever had. She is very approachable and accommodating. Anytime there is an issue in the unit she does not hesitate to have it resolved. I really have enjoyed living in J.T. Davis Court
