We had a great experience with Jacob. He was very professional and dedicated to our loan experience, he was on vacation when we started the process and still took the time to call us and introduce himself and explain the process to us. Communication is key and very important to me and Jacob excelled in this. Whenever I called he answered when he could and when he couldn’t, he called me back as soon as he could.
