I had the pleasure of connecting with Tracy. Wow talk about going above and beyond. She sure did. I need to close on a spec house and realized our tank was never filled, on a fridahy at 2:30 she made it happen.. She then picked up the phone on a Sunday.. to help me get things working so I could close on my house on monday. I can not tell you how much I appreciate all her efforts. I would recommend Jacobs over all and Tracy was amazing.. !!! Sara

We are very happy with our LP Gas drivers as they took time to ask where we would like them to park for our delivery, and they also took time to explain the safety issues and our system.

The App used to be very reliable. Now after one day the password is always not recognized and needs to be reset. Another neighbor whom I referred to Jacobs has an App connection problem also. I contacted Jacobs and they advised it was a cellular connection problem and there was nothing they could do. Clearly after 4 years something has changed.
