I am retracting my previous review of one star. I had not taken into consideration of all the downed trees from the storm and how Jacob's Tree Experts was taking care of emergency situations. I jumped the gun on the review. The only complaint I had was that they didnt call to reschedule. Dave and his crew did come and did exactly was needed in a timely manner. I am only giving then 1 star because they were quick to come out and give me a bid. They have been a no show 2x and didn't even bother to call. I think they under bid the job and now won't show up to do. I have even talked to David?? On the phone and he promised to have a crew out by 8am today. Of course NO SHOW!!!! We had other projects we would have used them on, but won't even consider at this point. Very bad business practices!!!
