My neighbor has this huge tree in his backyard. The side facing his house is still alive, but the side facing my house was completely dead. The neighbor refused to acknowledge that the tree was even in his backyard, although it was within his fence, and he refused to do anything about it. Unfortunately, large branches had already fallen in my yard, and the biggest part of the tree had a crack and was leaning in the direction of my house.
