I had an appointment with Jacqueline Cooper today and I cannot say enough positive things. She was very kind, respectful and attentive. She listened and explained so many great options for me. Lifestance has been absolutely amazing!!! It had taken me a long time to find the right providers who understood, provide the right medication, help make goals, teaches techniques for panic and anxiety attacks. They never shame nor judge but the most important thing to me is being seen and treated as a person not the “trend”. I have always had good experiences here. My psychiatrist is amazing and has worked with me to make sure my meds stay on schedule even when I lost insurance. They are very kind and understanding here!
