I absolutely love our new shower. It was an easy process from day one. The Quality of the products and the look once done is outstanding. ****, who installed the shower was professional and clearly communicated with us exactly what was being done. I was extremely pleased that the job was done within 8 1/2 hours. Yes the cost is pricey but well worth it.
Shower remodel done in March 2025. Took 3 days for install because drain in pan wasnt ordered in the correct location. Then had to wait another 24 hours for caulking to set. One year later the pan separated from back wall. Took multiple phone calls to get anyone to respond. They finally showed up (9 days later without calling ahead to schedule) and said they needed to replace the back wall. 5 days later repairman shows up and after removing back wall said first install wasnt done correctly. They are very pushy at sale time. when comparing with other contractors we find the price to be astronomical, ove 60% of comparable prices. When trying to cancel they asked for a 33% of the total price as cancellation fee and they threaten to file with collection. In our case we believed that they take advantage of elderly people. Hope no one else feels the same way.
Misrepresentation of service. Installed new shower but doors are from another company and cost more. That was NOT clearly explained and the doors were not what we ordered. The shower did not work when we finally got doors and they had to send out a plumber. Charged my credit card without my authorization. I have difficulty getting someone to talk to about the issues
Well, where do I start. ****** the operations manager was a family member and I have known him for 30 years. I helped many times in situations that he dug himself into and almost wound up homeless. Every business he started failed due to poor management and choices. I helped him so much not only supporting him with money but actually working with him for minimum wages. I paid all his bills. My name is ******* my project started on New Year's Eve. I went from tub to just a shower with no doors. You know they tell you it's a one job. It's not my project took a week. ?? Ok in ******************************************************* the middle of the pan and the hand wan was leaking. It took them about 2 weeks to get someone to come and look at it.
