I can't say enough positive things about Jacy. She is an excellent listener and has so much empathy. Our first session blew me away; she made a conclusion that after 10 years of prior counseling was never said to me. A month later, she did the same thing. She got to know me and understand me so quickly. She is an asset to her field.
I've never engaged a therapist before and my first session with Jacy was a delight. I felt safe and comfortable with her right away. She listened intently and jumped in where she thought she could go deeper or offer a resource. I look forward to a long-term relationship.
Best decision I ever made! This was my first experience seeking mental health support after struggling my whole life. I come from a Hispanic background so this subject was always very taboo for me to even look into. There’s never any pressure to discuss topics I don’t feel comfortable with, but there’s plenty of support and understanding when I’ve been able to go over things that trouble me. Jacy has been able to help me grow as an individual and strive to a happier future for myself and those around me.
Great approach in helping me better understand my triggers and the feelings associated with them. Looking forward to future sessions.
