Inside Angel of the Winds is the Jade Fusion. We had a great meal with an amazing server who was friendly & great. The food was great. Sweet and sour chicken was light with lots of flavor. I had General Tso's chicken, it was very mild bit still had great flavors the broccoli was steamed to perfection. Next time I will ask for more heat. The hot and sour soup was also flavorful, but missing any heat also like the chili oil was absent.
Spend our 14yrs Anniversary here at Jade Fusion, we enjoyed the food, service was very good and the atmosphere was amazing! Not too crowded or noisy! We had the Pho( I didn't take a good photo of it🤦♀️) but trust me it was delicious!chicken wings, and the sweet and sour chicken.Desert was..for me..ok.
We have eaten here a dozen times and have always enjoyed our meals. Citrus Tuna and Bulgogi Cups have been our meals the last two days. Only complaint is hearing the girls up front gossiping. We dined on Thursday night and the gossiping was a bit much then as well. Food is good, gossiping unpleasant.
This place caught me off guard. I was satisfied with everything thing we had. We started with pan fried potstickers and Walnut prawns and a cup of Hot and Sour soup. Then we had Beef chow mein, Firecracker Shrimp and Pork Belly Sisig. The only things of note that could be considered…. what?, a downside? I can’t even say that, more like a preference I guess. Jade Fusion is located inside Angel of the Winds Casino Resort in Arlington, WA. This restaurant serves a variety of Asian dishes with a beautiful presentation and tasty dishes. The ambiance and design of the space is calm and inviting - a contrast to the loud casino floor.
