The food is often good, but the quality has been pretty inconsistent. Had to send back some chicken on a salad I ordered due to it being undercooked, but it ended up being a very good salad! Pleasant waitstaff :)

This is my favourite restaurant at the casino. The service is superb, the food delicious and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. You don't get the casino noise inside the restaurant. We ordered an appy and I got the sweet and sour chicken. Perfect level of sweet and sour and I love that the rice comes on the side so I can take as little or as much as I want.

Inside Angel of the Winds is the Jade Fusion. We had a great meal with an amazing server who was friendly & great. The food was great. Sweet and sour chicken was light with lots of flavor. I had General Tso's chicken, it was very mild bit still had great flavors the broccoli was steamed to perfection. Next time I will ask for more heat. The hot and sour soup was also flavorful, but missing any heat also like the chili oil was absent.

I don't typically leave reviews, but we had an exceptionally bad experience for a rather expensive dinner. We went to Jade Fusion with a group of seven. The service was abysmal. If we needed things we had to flag the server down. We had appetizers and instead of clearing the five different appetizer platers, they started bringing out dinner, but there wasn't enough room on the table. My wife and I love coming here. The food is great. Our server/bartender Carine is the best! We're local and eat out a ton! That said, we're also very picky. I don't really understand the low rating.
