This place is a hidden gem! Very quiet and peaceful. I especially love the wildlife that can be enjoyed daily. Wayne, the manager is certain to keep our community looking well groomed, with Robert being the grounds keeper the park always looks nice!
I have been a resident of Jade Isle Mobile Home Park for seven years. It is a well maintained, pretty, quiet, and peaceful community. The manager is friendly and courteous, and does his very best to make this community a great place to live. My neighbors are also very kind and friendly. If you are looking for a peaceful, very pleasant place to call home, Jade Isle is a community you will appreciate.
Lovely quiet community with friendly people. Situated on a small lake with lots of wild life. Wayne, the park manager is friendly and always goes out of his way to help me.
Jade is looking better than I have ever seen. I have lived here since 2004. The credit goes to Wayne and Robert. It is also safe. After a hurricane Wayne drives around to check on everyone. I feel comfortable.
This small quiet park is kept clean & maintained at all times. My neighbors are awesome. The park manager Wayne is very nice & well informed.
