I had a home addition done in 2020. It included a new roof, HVAC unit, and adding a laundry, dining room, and screened porch. In addition, the master 1/2 bath was converted to a full bath. I loved the extra room and was thankful I had invested in my home. I am retired and want to avoid expensive items later on. I reported a leak 6 months after the job was completed.
