I had a home addition done in 2020. It included a new roof, HVAC unit, and adding a laundry, dining room, and screened porch. In addition, the master 1/2 bath was converted to a full bath. I loved the extra room and was thankful I had invested in my home. I am retired and want to avoid expensive items later on. I reported a leak 6 months after the job was completed. Good day, this addition is over 4 years old and the homeowner has never contacted us regarding any issues. The state of TN had experienced several severe storms over the past 4 years and the storms may have damaged a shingle causing the leak.
