Buyer beware, we drove 6 hours to this dealership to purchase a car that was advertised as having been fully inspected, 1 owner, and accident free. The car had body and paint work on the drivers side, body and structural damage to the passenger side, and all 4 tires were nearly bald, had severe sidewall damage, and DOT date codes that were 10 years old. I brought my Jaguar here for a 10-year service and specifically requested an AC diagnosis and recharge, paying over $750 on top of a $1400 oil change/coolant flush/cabin air filter service. They had the car for two days and specifically said that they left the AC manifold gauge on the car overnight to ensure that the AC charge was not leaking quickly. I purchased a used Jaguar in July of 2023 and was very happy with the process. After an 11 month search for a very specific year/model/color, they happened to have exactly what I wanted and it was in noticeably better shape than anything I previously looked at.
