Absolutely amazing customer service. My Jaguar F-Pace SVR was towed to the Jaguar Land Rover Alexandria Dealership overnight on 12/23/2025. After spending the night in Alexandria Va at a local hotel, at 7am I took a Lyft to the Dealership, arriving there at approximately 7:10am to my surprise, my assigned Service Advisor Mr. Tom Rose was already at my vehicle checking my F-Pace SVR in for service to help ensure if there was any chance of getting the repair done in time especially considering it was Christmas Eve. I drove from Maryland to Alexandria, VA, to purchase a Jaguar that was advertised as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle for my daughter to take to college. Before making the trip, I called to confirm that the car was still available and that it was, in fact, certified. I was assured that it was. After arriving, I was kept waiting for about 20 minutes while the salesperson spoke with the general manager, only to be told that the vehicle was not certified. Buyer beware, we drove 6 hours to this dealership to purchase a car that was advertised as having been fully inspected, 1 owner, and accident free. The car had body and paint work on the drivers side, body and structural damage to the passenger side, and all 4 tires were nearly bald, had severe sidewall damage, and DOT date codes that were 10 years old. I purchased a used Jaguar in July of 2023 and was very happy with the process. After an 11 month search for a very specific year/model/color, they happened to have exactly what I wanted and it was in noticeably better shape than anything I previously looked at.
