Over the past couple of years having my Jaguar F-pace serviced here, it has been great. The facility is very nice, and the people are top notch. I purchased a used Jaguar in July of 2023 and was very happy with the process. After an 11 month search for a very specific year/model/color, they happened to have exactly what I wanted and it was in noticeably better shape than anything I previously looked at. There is so much that I want to say about this location in particular the service department but because I’m limited to characters I’ll just say this-don’t go here, go to Bethesda if your vehicle needs service. Here they price gouge and they have individuals working here who are not customer focused. Elaine specifically was rude and arrogant and I wouldn’t want anyone to be subjected to her.
