Jaime is so great! My visit and experience with everyone in the Kennestone location was a 10/10. I felt comfortable, at ease, and like I was being heard. They also work in a proficient and effective manner to get you scheduled as soon as possible for not only visits, but for procedures as well. I would definitely recommend this office. I had been to a different location and been seen by a different provider previously and honestly, the visits don’t even compare.
She is wonderful . She explained everything about my illness so I could understand what we needed to do to keep it from coming back with the new med she gave me . Before that I was scared to death about it . Just someone you can talk to .
I was barely greeted at reception. I was told to have a seat and then a voice on the other side of the called my name to the reception desk. I completed the medical history information, I had some difficulty doing this prior to my visit. It took 30 minutes to be directed to an exam room. The medical assistant was pleasant and proficient. It took another 30 to see Jaime. Our visit was good, she answered my questions and discussed my options. 1 hour wait to be seen is not acceptable to me.
Had a visit with her today and she is truly amazing. She’s thorough and gets right to the point. She told me what I needed to do and what I shouldn’t for the betterment of my health. I love health professionals that is honest like her. Thank you, Jaime.
Jamie Ackerman has been by far the best medical provider we have encountered in the area of gastroenterology. My son has MCTD and Lupus with constant gastro involvement affecting his ability to maintain His weight and nutrition needd. Where other doctors have just said there isnt much they can do beyond the usual prescribed medications for nausea etc, or surgery (peg tube), she has tried different approaches and when one thing doesnt work, she tries something different, and has never told my son that there is nothing further... read more
