I was sent to Ogden Clinic for a Rotator Cuff tear. Jake & the rest of the staff there were very nice. I would highly recommend going to them for all your PT needs.

Jake is a very good physical therapist. He's patient and explains each step of the rehab process very well. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.
