It was very nice meeting Devin. He was very kind, friendly, and professional and I felt like he gave me some really great information and gave me many opportunities to ask questions, coming up with an excellent treatment plan at the end of our visit. He, also, explained everything he told me about my foot and ankle thoroughly which I really appreciated. It was a pleasure meeting him! Thank you, Devin!
My med Rx was sent in to the wrong pharmacy twice. I explicitly requested that the clinic ensure that the Rx was sent to the correct pharmacy. The SavOn pharmacy was able transfer it, but the error needs to be addressed. Other than that, my care has been great!
My understanding was that this appointment was with Dr. Hirose, who did my surgery. The appointment turned out to be with Devan, who was professional and helpful. One issue that I have, which may be beyond his control, is wait time. This issue seems clinic-wide, as I have encountered it with most of my appointments. The time between talking with the nursing assistant and the doctor is always at least 30 minutes, and sometimes up to 45 minutes. I find this discouraging. The appointment was not good, no fault of James. Apparently, I was there to look over ctscan results and I haven’t had one yet. Someone dropped the ball. Not sure if it was your office or insurance, but this was ordered in October. I do now have an appointment, as of today. I called scheduling.
I arrived a teeny bit early and was called almost immediately after a lovely check in. The MA was great! Helpful and organized. The xrsy lady was so nice and kind. The PA, Devan Hartigan, was kind, thoughtful, gave me lots of info. I am so glad to be able to come to this great practice.
