I recently had a virtual appointment with a psychiatric nurse practitioner at Lifestance. While I appreciate the importance of gathering medical history for effective treatment, I found the interaction a bit uncomfortable. The practitioner focused heavily on obtaining my medical records, which made me feel a bit pressured. I've been around the ve been around the block a few times when it comes to needing help, but Jami Gonzales is the one who's finally got me straightened out! She's very personable,has a great heart and a wonderful memory, she remembers the things I don’t. Thank goodness! Lifestance is lucky to have her on their team.

She treats me like a patient rather than a customer, which is rare to find these days. The number one thing I look for in a physician is whether they have a good bedside manner, and Dr. Gonzales checks all the boxes on this one.
