I was introduced to Livestance by my PCP. I had a terrible experience (one) with a therapist and was weary to try it a second time. My PCP stated she always recommends her patients and has nothing but good things to say about Livestance. She didn’t lie. Jana is super sweet, attentive, understanding and overall a wonderful therapist! My experience and expectations have changed about therapy (yes I had based it off 1 previously bad encounter). I would recommend Jana to any new patient and existing.
She’s great, we feel heard, understood, she makes us feel comfortable being ourselves in our sessions, overall we are satisfied with our experience with Jana.
