Four Stars Works very well and was easy to replace.
Works Well The main circuit board for my existing salt system was no longer available, so a new unit was needed. I was quoted $1500 from a pool supply store. I purchased the APURE35 from Amazon and installed it myself. I did have to do a little re-plumbing, but plastic pipe is cheap and easy to work with. The unit had good directions and was relatively easy to install. I read the directions on line before it arrived so I had made my Lowe's trip in advance to get grounding wire and clamps to bond the system together. It took ... read more
I highly recommend this salt water generator I highly recommend this salt water generator. Item is solid, easy to install, and customer service was very helpful. I did this installation myself in about 1 hour for about a 1/3 rd of the cost a pool company wanted to charge me. I have had my water tested multiple times since installation and the water condition has been perfect.
The apure35c is working very well. The only issue i have is : The feature section states that it has a flow and salt level indicator, which is not true. All it shows when the salt level is getting too low but it does not give you ppm. In my books that borders on misleading advertising
