Leaky o-ring and seal Only 4 years and O-ring needs replacing (I guess?). Can’t find parts anywhere! No Customer service number anywhere either!
Waterway pool filters are garbage and Waterway knows it. My Waterway Crystal Water pool filter lasted 2 years and 2 months before it started leaking from the bottom. Crack along a seam due to faulty workmanship. Waterway knows that it makes junk so it only provides a 1-year warranty.

DO NOT BUY ZODIAK!! Zodiak stopped selling direct-to-consumer and you will be SCREWED by dealers! Buy Hayward, NOT Zodiak! Zodiak stopped selling direct-to-consumer...and totally SCREWED their customers.
